Hampton Inn Spring Lake Receives top honors in Customer Service

Spring Lake – In early October, the Hampton Inn Spring Lake received its fourth straight Lighthouse Award at a national Hampton Inn Conference in Orlando. This symbol recognizes the top 5% of hotels in the Hampton Inn and Hampton Inn & Suites system, based on product quality and guest satisfaction scores.
These scores ranked Hampton Inn Spring Lake sixth in the nation and first in North Carolina. The Hampton Inn Brand has more than 1100 properties nationwide and 44 in North Carolina.

The 77-room Hampton Inn is located at 1050 North Bragg Blvd, a few miles from Fort Bragg, the nation’s largest military installation. Spring Lake recently unveiled a new brand for the community: Freedom’s Base Camp. The re-brand is a nod to the community’s strong military ties.
