Description	Offers classes in oil painting, specializing in the wet-on-wet technique made popular by Bob Ross of the Joy of Painting series on PBS. Kim Cowger is a Bob Ross certified, trained instructor and teaches the classes. New classes start monthly for $30 with 12 to 15 hours of instruction, meeting one day a week for three hours. Classes can cover landscapes, seascapes, realistic wildlife and flowers.
