R & R For Kids
School’s out – and where are Mom and Dad going to take the kids? What are they going to do with them? Help! This tour is good for children ages 10 and older. Pack a picnic and you’re ready to go.
Got the itch to get out and play? Start off with a round of golf at Mountasia, in Fayetteville. Maybe if you bounce the ball of the sidewall it will land in the hole. It’s worth a try.
Take a break with something to drink and some munches before heading off to the arcade. Try your had at “House of the Dead 4,” “Initial D,” “Crazy 8’s” and “Wheel Deal!”
Did you bring your bathing suit? Your next stop will be Smith Lake at Fort Bragg. “It’s Beachy Keen!” Spend the rest of the day working on your backstroke, volleying the ball over the net and building sand castles. Nibble on a hot dog off the grill – and go play some more!
You’ll sleep all the way home!
