Wendi believes that inner strength is developed through four pillars; fitness, faith, volunteerism, and finding purpose. She loves to inspire the military community to find their strength in these areas through exercise and movement, discovering and strengthening faith, giving back to local communities, and finding purpose in the current season and duty station. Wendi loves to highlight local finds and activities, small businesses, military spouse, and veteran-owned businesses, and she encourages others to invest in their communities through volunteerism, shopping local, supporting local agriculture, and supporting small businesses.
