    Located just 5 miles off I-95, the Cape Fear Botanical Garden’s Wyatt Visitors Pavilion Complex is the premier rental space for wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate and military functions, special occasions, and holiday celebrations–small and large, intimate and grand. Exquisite facilities paired with superb cuisine ensure the perfect location for your event.

    Business Functions
    Cape Fear Botanical Garden is the perfect venue to host a half-day, all-day or multi-day business meeting, retreat, or workshop. Bringing your function to the Botanical Garden creates an atmosphere that encourages teamwork while revitalizing and re-energizing employees and business associates. All rental sites within Wyatt Visitors Pavilion Complex have free WiFi. A set number of tables and chairs are included in the rental fee and may be arranged for banquet, classroom, or audience seating. A screen for projections, microphone, podium, and sound system are available. During a meeting break, your attendees are invited to take a walk through the garden. Numerous quiet spots for private conversations can be found a step or two off the path, many with a bench for seating.

    To complement and enhance your occasion, exceptional food and beverage service will be designed for your event by a preferred caterer of the garden.

    • Space Notes The octagonal Orangery includes a water feature, tile floors, and arched glass doors that lead to the terrace and garden. It also features a natural Southern pine deck ceiling and a bridal suite. It can accommodate 400 guests banquet style or 900 for a standing reception. (6,685 square feet) The Grand Hall can accomodate up to 120 guests banquet style, or as many as 300 guests for a cocktail reception. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors span the length of the back wall, offering panoramic views. Glass doors are leading the way to the Grand Hall Lawn, often used for ceremonies and cocktail hours. This venue may be divided into three smaller rooms or reserved in its entirety (2,292 square feet). It may also serve as a pre-function space for events taking place in the Orangery.
