A 10-15-foot wide unpaved, educational and scenic recreational pathway for hikers, runners and bicyclers. The All-American Trail will eventually circumnavigate the entire boundary of Fort Bragg (approximately 70 miles in length). Along with its beautiful long leaf pine forests, the Sandhills include an array of rare plants and endangered wildlife species. The trail's terrain ranges from nearly flat to fairly hilly. There are over 400 species of wildlife to be seen - including the endangered Red-cockaded Woodpecker.
